Louis and Edna Els

Pastors Louis and Edna Els have been married since 1984 and have 4 grown up children. Pastor Louis has a heart for the Church fulfilling its apostolic mandate and Pastor Edna is passionate about women fulfilling their purpose in the Kingdom of God. Together they have a heart to father and mother the next generation into their purpose and destiny.

In 1990, the Lord spoke to Louis and Edna regarding Jeffreys Bay and the Kouga area. The vision was to plant an Apostolic, Kingdom Family church for all nations. This church was to have a strong emphasis on love, acceptance and forgiveness; and be a place where people are taught how to have a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus.

Over the years the church has moved as a small family through 14 different venues, through success and failures and together has learnt the ways of God. Through the years God has built this family by establishing Godly values and principles in order to advance His Kingdom.

As a growing Apostolic, Kingdom Family Church we enjoy coming together to celebrate God’s greatness and His goodness. As a Kingdom people we believe in being relevant in society by touching the felt need of our community. Maybe this is why so many people call this vibrant place their home.

	Louis & Edna Els Louis & Edna are the founders and Senior Pastors of Victory Christian Church.
	Jacques & Nicky Van Heerden Jacques & Nicky are serving as full time pastors at Victory Christian Church. Jacques is passionate about the church fulfilling its vision and mandate. Nicky has a heart for disadvantaged communities.
	Rob & Laura Birch Rob is a local farmer and developer. He has a heart for Kingdom finances and Laura has been instrumental in establishing the Healthy Mom & Baby Clinic.
	Eddie & Machrista Albertyn Eddie is a local lawyer. He has a passion to see business people moving from success to significance in their area of influence. Machrista has a heart for people to find their area of service in the local church.
	Lex & Janice Gutsche Lex is a local entrepreneur and visionary in the area of business and commerce. He is passionate about music and media in the local church. Janice is a photographer and involved in advancing the Kingdom in the area of media.
	Nico & Antoinette Serfontein Nico is an engineer in the motor manufacturing industry in the Eastern Cape. He is on the Governing Body of our local school. Antoinette is a house wife and very involved in our local small groups ministry for moms and tots.
	Elmo & Charmaine Strydom Elmo is a local entrepreneur and CEO in the furniture industry. He has a heart for strong local businesses. Charmaine is a house wife and very involved in our local mentoring women.
	Evert & Martesia Bezuidenhout Evert is a local crop farmer. They have a passion for people and serve in a pastoral capacity in the Gamtoos Valley.
	Johan & Astrid Vos Johan & Astrid have a heart for disadvantaged communities and children. They are involved on a full time basis with establishing various community projects in the Kouga area through Victory 4 All.
	Elroy & Julie Augustus Elroy is a headmaster at a local school and Julie is a school teacher at a local school. Together they serve in a pastoral capacity in the Humansdorp area.
	Andre & Marike Von Mollendorff Andre & Marike are the deans of Victory Gap Year. They are passionate about empowering the next generation.
